We never know who we might see at Old-Town but tonight we had some really "cool" visitors, as a matter of fact, everyone was cool. Some were down right cold. Where is this global warming we hear about? Well, we have a cruise here regardless of the weather so we dusted off our Chevy S 10 Pickup and headed for Old-Town. Stan and Maryann were already there with the 2005 Escape. Barry came in a little later with his 2009 PT Cruiser and it was raining. A very wet Friday and cold for us Floridians.

We chatted with some storekeepers till 5 o'clock when Dave and Lee welcomed us onto the brick streets, then we headed for the Steakhouse and were joined by Gerald (Mr. Pontiac). By the time we left the Steakhouse most of the rain was gone but it was still cold.

We had a very nice chat with Marie Thomas and her fiancée Eugene Roberts who came all the way from Sarasota to cruise with us. Marie has a 2005 Jeep, they come to Old-Town often but it is their first time cruising. This Jeep has 18 inch wheels and wide tires, a very nice cruiser indeed.

Some of our diehard regulars, Bert and his 2007 PT Cruiser, Nancy had her 91 Mustang and Freddyson and his 03 S 10 Xtreme. We also talked to Ryan who had his 2008 Mitsubishi, Angel and his 2001 Yellow Nissan and Sam had his 2009 Ford Mustang Shelby Cobra. Glen had his 94 Mitsubishi 3000 GT, Eddie had the 05 Yellow Colorado and Darryl had his 05 GTO.

Shakedown was the band on stage but we did not see any dancers tonight. Mark Dupree ( a Saturday night cruiser) joined us with his 2000 Ford Pickup. Also Ted was back tonight so look for some good photos on Steve's web site. We also Saw Sean Rogers who had his 06 Nissan.

Another first time cruiser was Steve Kohut who resides in New Jersey. He is only down for 2 weeks now but will be back in the Fall. He has a 2007 Yellow Corvette. His father has been bringing him down since 1990 and he alway said, "some day I"m going to cruise at Old-Town". He will be out Saturday because he loves the Classics and the old cars.

Tim and his brother Gil brought the 1987 Olds tonight. Also one of our most dedicated cruisers is George Pennachi and his 2005 Yukon. Rain and cold doesn't keep him home.

Kelly Cunningham is our cruise of the month for February and she drives a 2002 Dodge Ram Pickup. She chose us and Gerald to share the honored spot with her. The honored spot had all trucks tonight. Thanks and congratulations Kelly.

We also want to remember our two dedicated cruisers, who also work here, Dave and Gary, they work very hard to make this a successful cruise. Also thanks to Allan and all the rest of the staff for what they contribute to the cruises.

Many thanks go out to our merchants who contribute to these cruises and the many visitors who come to share our hobby. We had no 50/50 tonight. Our Cruise-O-Matic was $700.00 but no takers tonight. Thanks to the 31 cruisers that came out on a cold night.
