Testing 1

We got an early present from the weatherman, with rain all around us we had a beautiful evening for our Friday Night Cruise. It was raining when we left Clermont but by the time we arrived at Old-Town it was clear. A little rain off and on but by 7 O'clock everything was ok. We chose our S 10 tonight, then Stan came in with his 77 Pacer followed by Barry with his 09 PT Cruiser. At 5 o'clock Dave and Lee greeted us then we headed for the Steakhouse for our evening meal with Stan. Gerald, (Mr. Pontiac), joined us. Gerald has not been out for awhile and it was good to see him. He had his 1994 Ford Truck out tonight. He also had his nephew with him.

Kelly was on block 4 with her 2002 Dodge Ram. She had it decorated very nice for Christmas. Kelly and Gerald were the only ones on block 4 tonight.
We were surprised to see Joe and Penny back from Penna. They will be here for awhile and planning on moving back to Florida in the near future. Darrel, a Saturday night cruiser, was also out visiting tonight.

In block 3, on the street, we found George and George and their 86 Cutlass, Tony and his 1994 Corvette, Mike with his 1990 Corvette, Robert Garret with his 99 Ford Truck and George Pennachi and his 05 Yukon. George had his Yukon all decked out for Christmas.

Back on trophy row the Tropical Breeze Gang were out, a little later they had a party but we know not what for. Under the stairs gang were there, Pat and Alan were back visiting tonight. On block 3 we found Felix and his 78 Scorpion. Barry and his 09 PT Cruiser. Freddyson's 2003 S 10 Extreme was out tonight.

On block 2 Albert and his 2001 Trans Am, Eric and his 1988 Camaro and Glenn and Stephanie, our cruiser of the month for last month, had their 2007 Shelby out. Vinny and his 2005 Dakota was out tonight. Ken and Charlie were here with Ken's 76 International. Charlie also brought his son Charles with him.

Our regulars under the stairs were: Pablo and Nilda 1996 Taurus, Pep and Nancy 1991 Mustang, Lori 2006 Charger, Lynn 2009 Avalanche and Bert and Laverne with their 07 (Elvis) PT Cruiser. Ralph and his 2001 PT Cruiser and Jeremy with 2006 Chevy Cobalt. Also a cute little Smart car owned by Aydar.

On the other side of the stage tonight we found Ken and Audrey and their 2006 Mustang. Sean Rogers had his 2006 Nissan next to the bleachers. We had a nice chat with a couple who were from the Pittsburgh area, (not too far where we were from), Ryan and Michelle Gaskin have a very nice 2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse. We also met their friend, Faisal Soujah who was cruising his 1989 Toyota Supra.

Our Cruiser of the month for December is Gary Collins who has a 2007 HHR.
We wish you would pray for 2 of our cruisers. Maryann and Kathy are having health problems and would appreciate this very much. So will we and we hope them a speedy recovery.

Our 50/50 was $28.00 and went home to Frostproof with Allan. Our Cruise-O-Matic was $500.00 but no takers tonight. We had 49 registered cruisers tonight.

See you all next week.
