Jingle Bugs Rock 2009 was once again a big hit with all the V-dub owners and a big success as far as collecting toys for the US Marine Corps Toys for Tots program with over a 1000 new unwrapped toys and close to $600 being given to the Marines at the end of the show. With 154 cars, busses, rails, etc., the show ran from 12 noon to 6pm with plenty of entertainment including The Repeatles, Pokemon, animated Herbie’s and yes, even Santa. There were plenty of prizes given away and the show came to a close with all the cars cruising down the brick streets of Old Town at 5:30.

The grand prizes were given to the cars that were best decorated for the holidays. and included Kevin Pope with his 1974 Westfalia camper and Michael Downs with his 1964 Beetle Convertible. Everyone involved had a great time and we are already beginning to make plans for next year.
