Testing 1

It was a beautiful day here in Clermont, but as evening grew in to night it became a little chilly on the hill. We cruised over with our 79 T-Bird and Jennifer was already there with her studio B but not set up yet. Shortly after Doug came in with his 1978 El Camino and immediately started to clean it. Steve came in with his 1931 Plymouth Business Coupe. This is a beautiful red cruiser. Jen went to work getting ready to play the great oldies that she plays and to welcome us to the cruise.

Bob and Fran arrived with their 1965 Falcon and then we headed over to Chick-fil-a for our evening meal. Doug and Dusty Haven joined us. Dusty chose to bring his 2008 Mustang tonight. He left "Henry the Eighth" at home tonight.

Dave is a regular cruiser here at Chick-fil-a with his dragster. He also cruises at Old-Town. Dave also likes his fast boats. He is also very handy at upholstery work. We generally get a good mixture of vehicles here. To mention a few we saw when we strolled around the parking lot: Shirley had her 1963 Corvette, a nice 1962 Studebaker owned by George, Wayne had a 1970 Cougar and another 1951 Studebaker.

We are going to miss one of our regular cruisers, Jose with his Volkswagen Convertible is being transferred to Miami. Cruising is fun but work comes first. Good luck Jose.

A few more of the different cruisers are: Steve with his 1957 Chevy Truck, another 1957 Chevy truck owned by Tyler, David has a 1972 Chevelle, a 1950 Olds owned by Tom and a 1970 Cougar owned by Wayne and Bonnie. We saw a beautiful 1950 Olds 88 and 1967 Chevy Impala also some others we did not get their names.

We had a very nice chat with some new friends, Glenn and Stephanie Winston who are also cruisers on Friday Night at Old-Town---they happen to be cruiser of the month for November and they brought their cruiser out tonight.

We had 35 registered cruisers, of course, some drop by and do not register.
Our 50/50 was $55.00 and went home with Tyler Marshall.
