We arrived just after 3 pm in our '67 Dodge Dart 270 after we had parked Gary brought his '07 HHR Sherrod and parked it by the stage, Butch was standing in for Scotty tonight so he brought out his Friday Nite Cruiser an '83 El Camino. Allan was on duty as Tracy is on vacation CJ was with him, it was good to have the Skord family back with us tonight Dave, Esther, Mesha & Asa in their '83 Grand Marquis, Bill & Doris arrived in their '79 T-Bird and parked next to Gary. Best wishes to “Wolfman” who was feeling “a little under the weather".

It was time to go to Flippers business was slow so we had a chance to chat with the staff while we waited for our food and for Tom & Bunny to join us after parking their '66 Malibu. During our meal Tommy drove by, Fenna arrived with Bob in his '68 SS396 Chevelle, Nick & Fran followed in their '32 Ford Coupe.

Time to head back to Trophy Row Tom & Lori brought out their '68 Mustang, Steve & Amanda were in their '56 Chevy 210, Jerry & Judi were in their '86 Fiero GT, Pete & Mary have been regular spectators so we invited them to park their 2005 PT Cruiser with us, Rosemary & Dan arrived in her 2000 Mustang Convertible, Tony & Donna were in their '65 Mustang. Trish & Doug arrived in their '68 Bronco bringing the total number of cruiser cars to 15.

The Blue Suede Review had arrived and set up their equipment, Shawn as lead guitar, Tommy on the keyboard, Jimi on the drums and Paul on bass guitar. Bill & Karen arrived to set up the memorabilia table, Dwight & Vicky arrived with a guest, Mike Singer KJ4GNI was at the controls of the “Blue Room”, Radio Check Ins included Graham G4HFG, Emil KJ4GNH, Tony K4AVD, T Rod KT4ROD the spectators were trickling in and apart from one dark cloud that kept it’s distance it was a beautiful evening.

After the first set Steve awarded Cruiser of the Week to Bill & Doris Moore, Cruiser # 79, in their '79 Ford Thunderbird.


Bunny set up the 50/50 tickets sales, Thank you, Asa & Dave helped Steve draw the tickets, Thank you and Francis from Lake Buena Vista had the winning ticket for the $50 jackpot.

Rich Towne, Cruiser # 155 was not out tonight, so the Cruise-A-Matic goes up to $200.00 next week.

Thank You to Old Town for inviting us out every week, to the Old Town Merchants Association for sponsoring “A Tribute to the King”, to Out of This World Embroidery/Custom Tags, The Old Town General Store, Knives & Things, Toy Time, Electronic Town, The Gold Hut, Kandlestiks, Wound ‘N Around and Old Town Leather, to Tracy Old Town’s Events Director who brings us the “Rock at the Clock” event to Gary and Dave our volunteer TCB guys and to all of the Spectators and Cruisers with or without their cars, who come out “Rain or Shine, Hot or Cold” to make this a great evening in our “Home Town”.
