The Friday Nite Cruise
Old Town Shopping Attraction.
5770 West 192
Kissimmee, Florida

Another hot muggy July day and we were blessed with some more rain in the afternoon but we had a beautiful evening for our 126 cruisers. Stan and Maryann had to bring their 2005 Ford Escape out to cruise, they have not solved the problem with the Pacer. Bert and Laverne got another Friday Night Cruiser. This 2007 PT Cruiser is Malibu Blue. Bert had some beautiful musical graphics installed while waiting for the cruise. This was done by one of our sponsors, Tags With Class. They do a beautiful job.

Our friend and Saturday Night Cruiser, Jim Kurzon, is slowly recovering in Rehab. He also is one of our dancers on Friday and Saturday Night. we pray for a complete recovery. Our friend Felix Sanntana was back with his kit car. This little beauty is a 1978 Scorpion GT. It sports a Volkswagen chassis and a Mazda engine plus air-conditioning. Glad to see you back Felix.

Juan Morales had a 2001 Cobra with him tonight. He has several cruisers and also cruises Thursday and Saturday. George Pennachi had his Yukon Xl parked next to Cousin Vinney and close by was Butch Brooks with his 1984 gray Ford LTD LX. The LX has a V8 engine. Bert's ex-cruiser, the green Ford truck, is still cruising. It is now owned by Ken Dodge and his wife Sharyn.

Emma, Bert and Laverne, Pat and Alan, Joe and his daughter, Pablo and Nilda and rest of the under the stairs gang were in their favorite spots. Ed Gangwisch and Michelle had a little problem tonight with their cruiser, it would not start but that problem was soon solved by our good staff, Allan and Scotty who took good care of the problem. Three of the PT Cruiser Club was back on block three. The Frog car was one of them.

Doug came in early with his El Camino, Erika had her Continental parked in the coveted spot by the clock, Steve and his orange Corvette was in place. Block one and four had no cars on the brick street tonight and we were ready for our Friday Night Cruise.

Bob Butler, our July Cruiser Of The Month, was followed by Ted, our ace Photographer, to the brick streets and our cruise was under way. Another safe and happy cruise and many thanks to Old-Town and our great staff. We want to wish Chrisanne a Happy Birthday this Sunday, July 20 and many more of them. We are glad you are part of our family.

The 50/50 was won by Joe. He bought 3 tickets. No takers for the cruise-O-Matic.

See you all Next Week.
