The Friday Nite Cruise
Old Town Shopping Attraction.
5770 West 192
Kissimmee, Florida

The weatherman frowned on our cruise tonight. We had a steady rain throughout the evening but at Old Town we cruise as scheduled. We had 81 cruises registered that braved the wet weather to show their beautiful cruisers. We thank all of those that came out when the weather is not the best. A few of the cruisers left before cruise time.

Buzz has been adding more lights to his beautiful truck, Ted also is adding more lights to his Nissan and Joe Ness with his Ranger are all getting ready for the Glow Show which will be Sunday March 30th from 5 to 11PM. Hope to see you all there. Thanks to Old Town and Lights and Beyond for sponsoring this show.

Back on trophy row on block one were the Yellow Mustang Registry This club has over 7000 members world wide. They visit Old Town once a year. We welcome these clubs to cruise with us.

We met another first time cruiser for Friday Night. J.D. is only 18 years old but has a liking for these old cars. His father works at a salvage yard and purchased this 1979 Ranchero for J.D. With the help of both his mother and father they have transformed this green and white Ranchero into a very nice cruiser. They have owned this Ranchero for 3 years and take great pride in what they have accomplished. They reside in Bradenton and can only be with us every few weeks. We like to see these older cars come in.

Pat and several of his Chrysler gang were in block one. Darrel Jones was out with his Monte Carlo. The Losers were in their place and the gang that gather under the steps by the stage were all under the eave on account of the rain. All was well at Old Town.

We wish you all would say a prayer for Stan. He is in the hospital, as of this writing. Not sure what his problem is. Also Pablo, a Friday and Saturday night cruiser is also in the hospital. We hope both of them have a quick recovery, we miss any of our cruiser friends when they can't be with us.

James won the 2 night stay at the Resort behind Old Town, but no one claimed the Cruise-O-Matic tonight. We had no 50/50 on account of the rain. We also want to congratulate Ted on winning his first flag.

See you all next week.
