"Mustang Mike's"
Saint Cloud Thursday Nite Cruise-In

In the Wal-Mart Parking Lot
Next to the Sonic Drive-In
Saint Cloud, Florida

We arrived at 3:55 in our '60 Ranchero, 2 bank cars were in the way of the DJ rigs parking spot. Paul would be out with his "Toy Truck". James would park his '67 Pontiac next to us. Roger, AKA Scary Larry, was out in the daily driver. Jean in her '36 Ford would join in under the Shade tree with Paul. Coy would make it out as would Dana. Nicky "Bop" was out in his 'Vette. Ron A would be out in the daily driver, the Caddy he and James took the drive shaft to the machinist today.  Bob M would park in his favorite spot in the '65 Rambler, later he would have Roger move it to it's place of honor. Bill would park his Blazer next to Paul. The Green Truck was in place just down the row. Dave, parked his Avanti. down from us in the next section, Jed or is it Morgan? along with Jo Ellen would join him later. Troy would bring out his '73 Camaro, he is still working on the '68. Bob would park his '36 Ford Humpback across from us. Dick & Jackie would make it out in her '66 Mustang, John R would park his Mustang nearby Bob as would "Bo" in his Corvair. Bill & Tamara would be out in the Vega parked in the front line. Then we heard the rumble, yep it was Nick & Fran in the '32 Deuce Coupe. Bill "The Photographer" would be out as usual. John, Jonathan along with his "Army Buddy" Erik & Trish were in the '68 Camaro convertible. Al would bring out his Model A. Louie would be out in his daily driver. Coy, Dennis & Francine along with Alan & Pat were amongst the Regular Spectators. Don R would park his '68 Mustang Fastback in the front line, Roy took the spot behind the DJ rig with his '64 Galaxie, Steve & Charlie were out in the daily driver, it did look like it could rain any moment. Bill. N2WFU, Virginia, W2VEJ, and the "Boys" would be out in their new '68 Chevy Bel Air. "Mustang Mike" would be playing his usual mix of music. "Loser #2" stopped by for a while in his 'Vette and joined us for dinner at the Sonic, about that time, seasonal spectators from near Glasgow, Scotland, Bob & Barb would arrive for a visit in a new Corvette. Marlene would stop by on her way home from work and visit for a while as well. Graham, G4HFG, from Oldham, England, did call in to see who was at the Sonic tonight, you know he never misses a Cruise-In. Josh, KI4UCB would stop by for a visit on his way to class.

It was a beautiful night despite the "Look" of rain. a small but good gathering that also included Barbra V and Larry in his '56 Ford. Bob B who was out in his daily driver made sure to buy his tickets just before  George that would arrive just about 7:00 in his heirloom Falcon. We welcomed Steve & Donna and their '68 Plymouth GTX that they just got on the road. Danny & grandson Zack would make it out just before drawing time.

I presented the "Mustang Mike", Eagle engraving, Embroidery by Renee "Cruiser of the Week" award to Jackie & Dick Ralston #413 with '66 Mustang Coupe. Then the drawings began. Dave Krahn Cruiser #353, had the winning ticket for the $75 50/50.
