Allan phoned as we were leaving home to give us some good news, Wednesday December, 17 will be a “Cruise”, we'll run up the Bricks of Deac Hundley with the Holiday Golf Kart parade. When we arrived just after 4:00 in our 1967 Dodge Dart 270, there were quite a few cruisers already parked, Wolfman & Sue were the first to arrive in their '03 F150 "Wolf Wagon" and parked south of the stage leaving 2 spaces for Bill & Doris' in their '79 T-Bird and Bert & Ernie in their "Elvis Tribute" PT Cruiser and Dave had his 83 Grand Marquis completing the line up. We parked opposite by Gary's HHR .  Tom & Bunny would bring their '66 Malibu and park it next to us. "Mustang Mike" & Emma arrived in their   '64 Greenbrier. Maryann (aka Mrs Stan the Pacerman) visited until she got cold. We welcomed back Ralph & Ulla our Snowbirds from Maine. James was out in his '67 Firebird, Mike brought out his '69 Camaro for the last Wednesday night of his vacation unless he can squeeze in one more. Others out tonight included Bob with his '68 SS396 Chevelle, Nick & Francine brought their '32 Ford Coupe, Laura, NO4OO would bring her '98 Firebird, Doug would be in his '78 El Camino, Sue & Steve would park their '08 "Elvis Tribute" PT Cruiser North of the stage as would Ron & Nancy situate their HHR and Buddy & Donna would have their  '07 Corvette. Don brought out his  '84 Mustang and not one of his Mopars, Jim would bring out his '69 Firebird and Rene had his Saturday Nite Cruiser a Cadillac, Opera Coupe and parked next to the stage.

We were a little light on our regular spectators, except for Jasmine, Glenda, & Anna this evening but it was good to see Meagan out enjoying Ted Torres’ performance she seemed thankful that she had not been able to get the time off work to join Dwight in Wisconsin it would have been too cold. Dwight will be performing his first “Blue Christmas” show next week. Neil WN4FLA joined us and T Rod, KT4ROD made it out for the second set. The "Blue Suede Review"  were in good form tonight and Shawn Bryant treated us to his “Buddy Holly” impersonation for the second set. Arne filled in on stage until Bill arrived and Karen helped Sue and Steve at the memorabilia table. Scotty was on duty, Mike Singer KJ4GNI was at the controls in the Blue Room, Emma took care of the 50/50 ticket sales, Thank you. Tracy came out tonight we wish her Mom a speedy recovery.

Just after Ted was finished with the "Early Elvis" "Mustang Mike" and I would take the stage for the drawings. After we had given away all of the purchased prizes and the ones donated by the Saint Cloud Auto Zone, Tony a spectator would have the winning ticket for the $54 50/50. Cruiser Number 5, Steve & Charlie Clarke missed out on the $50 "Cruise-A-Matic" so it goes up to $60 next week.

Radio check ins included Tony K4AVD, Graham G4HFG, Emil, KJ4GNH and Dave KZ4LEO visiting from Satellite Beach.

"Cruiser of the Week" went home with Doug Kendel, Cruiser #30 in his '78 El Camino.

Thank You to Old Town for inviting us out every week, to the Old Town Merchants association for sponsoring "A Tribute to the King", to Tracy Old Town's events director that brought us the "Rock at the Clock" event and to Gary & Dave our own TCB guys for giving us the time that they do and to all of the Cruisers that are starting to come out on a Wednesday Nite. Come on out, "Rain or Shine!" Cruisers, if you don't want to bring out the car because of the weather come on out anyway, lets build the audience on our own. Remember good entertainment and good friends makes a great evening in our "Home Town".

Enjoy the photos. Remember you can click on any thumbnail for a larger view.
