"Duke" Davis' Wednesday Nite Cruise-In
Brought to you by Saint Cloud "Bites"
at "Magnolia Square"

East Highway 192
Saint Cloud, Florida
In Memory of C. "Duke" Davis

Graham, G4HFG, from Oldham, England came in over the radio to join us even before we would head to the Cruise-In. It was raining very hard at our house when we left. On the way, once we turned on to US 192 off of Michigan Ave. the streets were dry and the Sun was coming out, then when Linda & I arrived at the "Square", just about 4:30 in our 'Elvira, or '60 Ranchero, we were the only ones there in a dry clear parking lot for about 5 minutes before "Scary Larry", Roger, came out in his daily driver. "Mustang Mike" and Emma situated the DJ rig into it's spot after Dick arrived in his newly restored '86 Ford F250XL Lariat pickup. What a Fathers Day present that son, Richard arranged for him. Paul would arrive in his "Toy Truck" he almost brought out the DeSoto but it looked like rain. Ron A started out in his '61 Caddy but turned around and then brought out his daily driver. Lots of phone calls from Cruisers telling us that it was raining at their houses. Mike decided to call the Cruise-in about 6:05 just about the time that Ron H arrived in his Model A. "Lucky Louie", in his daily driver, would stop in as we were packing up. Ed, WB8BHL, checked in to see what was going on. He was going to try and visit us but was running behind schedule..

The Cruise-A-Matic" Remains at $40 for next week.

Last week's "Cruiser of the Week" Paul Schwartz, Cruiser #43, will bring out his '58 DeSoto next week to park it in it's place of honor.

Thank you to the Robertson Family for having us all out once again and giving us a home for our event each and every week. Thank you to the "Bites" staff, Brittany, Cody & Chris,  for taking such good care of all of us.

 On to the Photos.
